DAWN RUSSELL
RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Dawn comes from a managerial background within retail, where she gained plentiful customer service skills. Dawn has worked as a Recruitment Consultant for JLC for eight years and is on hand to support and build relationships with candidates and clients. Dawn also works alongside the job centre and other schemes to assist in recruiting job seekers.
Dawn is eager to assist local businesses in their recruitment solutions.
LEANNE KIDWELL

Leanne is an integral part of JLC and has dedicated over a decade of her life to the company. Leanne initially began working in the ceramics industry and transferred her knowledge and experience to the recruitment industry. Leanne manages the accounts, payroll, and general running of the business - recently becoming a director. Leanne is on hand to help with any account and payroll queries.

Janice joined us in mid 2024. Janice started off in the construction industry, then moved into the care industry. Janice is extremely knowledgeable in both areas and is eager to assist local companies in their recruitment processes.
